Today we looked at a house that John owns. It is two doors down the road from his place. He also owns the old Towm Hall building next door to that too. We are thjinking about re-habing it.

The original section, the square one is about 100 years old and measures 22'x22', the new section measures 16'x22'.

Just got back from talking to J&L about buying the Tyson \ Cameron house, as it was known originally. We discussed all the things that we think at least need looking into. J&L agreed. We need to get some professional help to verify some of our assumptions about what needs fixing. Roof, porch, sewer, electrical & plumbing up to code, foundation and floor in new section at least checked. Of course the basement & second floor needs cleaning. We also wanna look into cable service. We already know we can get DSL. We are going to look into WEST CAP, a state service to help with low income grants and loans for rural renewal projects such as ours.
Kinda lost it here. Been too busy fixing and fixing and fixing.............
