* Responsible for the functional and system testing of Financial Assistance Network (FAN) and Integrated Accounting systems consisting of a web based system for collecting financial assistance data from clients, putting it into a comma delimited text file, and sending it to IAS on demand. This project was written in HTML and JavaScript. This work was done in a client/server environment.
* IAS is a client/server accounting system already in place and being enhanced to receive the FAN files. This project was written in C++ and JavaScript.
* Created the test plan, test cases, scripts, and test data for both FAN and IAS from documents provided.
* Documentation and metrics provided using Microsoft Word, Excel and HTML.
* I was the only Quality Assurance person on the project.
* My contract was extended several times from five weeks to five months.

* I was the only Quality Assurance person on these projects.Functional Verification Testing (FVT) group: * Interactive Financial System (IFS), IBM's Online banking service. Produced in Java, JavaScript, and HTML. * Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), an eBusiness solution for business partners that need to exchange data in different formats and languages. * During downtime, built dozens of "How To" and other web pages and graphics for the IBM intranet. * The Pathways Project is a software solution for the problem of automobile insurance claims taking up to four week to process. Pathways was intended to cut this processing time in half and it did handily by giving the inspector a tool to electronically file the claim for the customer and even allowed for photos of the damage.
